    ING and Citi uped fixed rates this week. Could be noise or could signal next move is up. I reckon we've bottomed. Oh wait maybe not. Who knows... Def worth fixing some me thinks if you are all variable.

    I will add my 2 cents worth. Prior to being a mortgage broker I was for about 7 years a 90 day bank bill and 3 year bond interest rate futures trader with ANZ and the old JB Were and Sins (now merged with Goldmans). So I may be a bit more qualified to comment than some others, maybe not. IMO...

    I hope the rba is right but could be jawboning. 5.59% seems pretty cheap money to me.
