I was about to guess Geraldton as number 5. That harbour development is the Oakajee (sp?) deep water port development. Geraldton just keeps going gangbusters. Wish I'd picked up a couple of massively CF+ free standing houses there a couple of years back for under $100K when Karina tipped it...
