I have now used myhomeisforsale twice - great product they offer, and love the web self service system. I too found the response time etc to not be fantastic. But my experience shows that if I have an open time listed I tend not to get many questions and a crowd at the opens.

Well it seems that landlords choice can no-longer advertise on realestate.com.au - since last week - mine was listed and then they had to remove it :( and no longer offer it as an option. I have found myhomeisforsale.com.au who also offer re.com.au listings for $149 and then $99 per month...

+1 for the services of landlords choice. I used them a couple of weeks ago - 2 days online and got 15 groups to an open inspection. The property had a total vacancy period of 3 days.
