I agree VB. Put it this way, if i was allowed to make another bid i would have.. It was hard because like mentioned atleast at auctions you know what the bids are.

No it's not. For an agent to turn around and say, right you get one last chance at an offer and that's it - that is illegal. If he wanted an best price he would have let me put in another offer.
