Following on from 'Scremin's' question... Does that therefore infer that loans will only be considered for 'metro' properties? If so then that may preclude many investors who purchase IP's in areas not considered 'metro'. Nobleone

Hi All, I don't know how a TV works... But I bought one. I personally can't follow any of the technical stuff... But if I can find a way of not paying the big banks their outrageous interest on a mortgage then I'll be happy. I'm simply waiting to see how our froum 'guinea pig' goes on...
