    ANZ does but only for 1 year fixed. Been on it for a couple of years now.

    Hard to predict what's going to happen so I fixed some loans for 2 years at 6.04%, some for 1 year at about 6% and the rest were left variable. If they can down to 4.99% for 3 years again, I'll definitely fix at that rate.

    I'd never go for 3 years fixed as things can change so quickly. Apart from the 50 points decrease today, there is talk of at 2 more decreases before the end of the year. Variables may be less than 5.95% by then.

    I feel that fixed rates bottomed 6 weeks ago. They will probably go up for a while depending on the state of the economy which stills seems to be very resilient overall.

    My broker advised me about 6 weeks ago that fixed rates were likely to go up so I fixed all my loans to either 1 or 2 years. I now notice that AMP, Suncorp and Westpac have gone up since. I getting a felling that CBA and NAB are not far away from lifting their's as well. It's great to have...

    NAB's website shows that 3 years fixed rate is 6.34% or 6.24% if you are a "choices" customer. How difficult is it to negotitate to below 6%
