Who do you use for your Depreciation Schedules?
That's not good. Some schedules also have other concerns : - Not complete. They run for 10, 20 or even less years - Do not include a schedule to summarise all deductions year by year that agrees to the total costs etc (handy for CGT calcs) - Don't use a year date. They refer to Year 1, Year 2...- Paul@PFI

Depreciator gets a lot of applause as does BMT. Cost varies with what is required. There is a big difference between cost of an apartment in a block of 35 and a free standing house that is old with modern reno. All the major QS firms are specialists and are happy to speak to you and guide...- Paul@PFI
