That's interesting... I heard him (Kirk) interviewed on the radio the other day and he was saying that if it had been a unanimous decision, he would have been awarded costs, but because there was one judge dissenting he wasn't sure whether he was going to be reimbursed or not. :confused...- Perp

Nobody else has yet raised it, so I thought I'd mention that there has been a recent case Kirk v WorkCover NSW (and Ors) 2010 which is rather heartening with regards to being an employer/landlord.
