    house sale, Dazz is many things, but "lazy" aint one of them. And this wasn't about the sale documents, it was about the title registration, which isn't typically ever seen by the investor, BTW. ;) But back to you... I think you run the risk of missing out on learning when your hurt feelings...

    In this case, the previous - I mean current - owners might get a default because Dazz hasn't paid the water bill. :D I know! It's bizarre, isn't it? Every time I ask a question about progress of settlement - of somebody at the lender, or solicitor's office - I get this "umming" and "aahing"...
