Nothing wrong with it, but the local shopping strip isn't anything to write home about and your tenant will be driving to Bentleigh, Glenhuntly or Carnegie all the time. Ormond has Kilvington College and a direct bus to Monash Uni Clayton both of which are good. But it's got heavy traffic...
