I agree, unless the property was a prestige rental. But how much does it cost to write a couple of lines in the ad blurb - eg 'two bedrooms at front, central kitchen, lounge and bathroom/laundry at rear. Paved courtyard accessible from lounge.' would suffice and give a reasonable picture.
