Everything mentioned above is quite common for a staffie. Ear, eye and skin issues aren't a big deal but honestly I'll never consider a staffie again because of the behavior issues. They're great dogs in almost every way and the behavioral traits are what makes people love them so much...

My lab ate some rat poison once. I think she thought it was spicy. Gave her a lot of gas but no other bad effects.

My dogs fart. On canned food they fart more. Not much you can do about it. On the bright side, when you fart, you can always blame the dog. :)
