    It looks fairly good, but LMI rates do vary from one lender to the next. A calculator like this will give you an indication, but it's probably not going to be the end figure. The only way to know the actual figure is to look at the lenders LMI table.

    As far as I'm aware, lenders are not required to advertise their LMI schedules, they're only required to provide a comparison rate schedule (which does not include LMI anyway). They are required to disclose that there may be fees and charges. LMI rates change depending on the LVR, the price...

    I'm amazed that Westpac is willing to fund it, its so much cheaper than it's nearest compeditor in the 90% lo doc. My concern would be that it's a varialble rate and as we've seen recently, lenders don't need an RBA adjustment to increase variable rates. I can see that a lot of clients...
