Dunno if its the hosting or vBulletin but this goes regularly goes into sleep mode. I do have a vB site doing 4-8Gig a mth which doesn't have that problem. PS my hostway plan is $500 mth and amazon cloud hosting is >2k mth, that is two thousand $$ per mth. I know something about this stuff.
