And therein lies the secret (although it ain't really a secret). Decide(setting goals)..........Believe (believing you can achive them).........Begin (finding a way to make them happen. Or, Awareness.....Belief......Conduct. Get some knowledge and take action ;)

Thanks for sharing that article Ben. I do not see anywhere mention of a particular city or region, so do not believe it is referring to the Gold Coast at all. The article alludes to a generic national market. Personally the only tight rental market in a general sense is Sydney I reckon...
