You've had some good input above and the excellent post by simtr summarises my views. Don't be frightened by the suits. Sometimes they are BA's or just wishing to look as if they are able to afford it. It's all a game. Have your limit (even if it's a PPOR purchase) and stick to it. Good luck :)
