    Yes, as the saying goes - even a broken watch tells the time correctly twice a day :) edit: But in fairness to John, I do agree that a turnaround in RE's fortunes generally begin in Sydney. Also it is, as he says in the newsletter, least affected by the resources thing and has more unmet demand.
