Don't do any of that crap - too dangerous & a legal minefield if it goes wrong. It is just a house, a possession. Do the legal thing with the sherrif or bailiff and let them do their job. $400 is cheap - and you keep your nose clean. I've only had to do it once - stayed right out of it...
