    Why? :confused: Me either. The median price has fallen in 2008 & again in 2009. Lots of other places in Newcastle are doing (much) better ;) But look, long term Stockton has done OK. Compared to what? The median price there in only $330-350K depending on which data provider you believe.

    Why don't you? ;) I'm not so sure. It is never too late. The bargain of a lifetime comes around about every 2 weeks (as they say). There will always be opportunities to do well in any market at any time, I think.
