    No it won't. Some lenders will and some lenders will not. It also depends if MI is involved - sometimes the lender will but their MI won't. This is where the experience of a good MB comes in handy.

    Well that is a PITA. :( Probably not many. It probably would not comply for a whole lot of reasons. But seek advice from certifiers etc. Yes, councils don't evict tenants, sheriffs do. But councils can direct property owners to comply with council regulations. :cool: Yes - at your peril...
