Its freely available if you pay a (small) large, monthly subscription to an industry database. :) Don't expect a selling agent to tell you, as a buyer, the whole truth. It won't help them sell you a house. :rolleyes:

You're looking at #3. They paid $267,500 for it only 18 months ago. The market has moved up, but not as much as is representative of the asking price. #2, #4, # 5 are all Dept of Housing....... If I were you, I'd keep looking ;)
