    I'm surprised that an agent would talk to you for that long, especially if there is so much interest! if there was so much interest, he might be on the phone for 8 hours per day..... thats unless, you called up and hinted about offer $400k for it...... BTW.I got a response to an email...

    $355k..... oohh.. that is kinda high... i believe that it is worth about $330-$350k, no backyard, and no carpark makes me think its a little bit cheaper..... and with a 50/50 chance of rates going up in May.. I was kinda hoping $320k..... Ill see if I can get my finances all together...
