Maybe a few experts can explain this. as of Jan/Nov this year , at any time there was up to 40-50 properties for sale on re.com.au Jan, Feb, Mar was averaging about 35 properties, of this a fair proportion selling, nothing unusual or surprising, just a few of them have been there for yonks...
