yes, I agree, I find that unless you have lots of $ to start off with or have an uncanny ability to convince someone to lend you lots of it, 50 properties+ would be very very difficult to do for the average person, so hence, I would love to know how an average person say gets even 20-30+...

well done andy, if you don't mind me asking, what sort of busines you have?

surely buying 6 properties per month, let alone a quarter or half year would NOT be possible for the average person, unless they are squillionaires already or have some sort of special conditions/environment that is not avaiable to the average joe.... maybe I am just naiive
