wow that doesn't sound too bad, the other broker in question on this thread was like 9.5% and a rude ***** as well. so you can do 6.34% at 80% LVR, how come the rate is higher at 70% LVR?

Just contacted the lender in question/mentioned, quite a rude bunch, rate is 9.5% so no surprises as to the higher rate.......

alrighty, would someone mind explaining the possible cons of this Nodocs, in my experiences with lodoc, basically, you either/or both of pay a higher rate, or charge you higher exit/setup fees, and 75% LVR isnt too bad?
