    Definitely - I've used them plenty of times too. I like their employment policy and genuine savings requirement (90%) in particular. I just sense that it happens without the justification sometimes - which may be broker incentives talking.

    Heya, Not a problem to change brokers for IP2 - apart from my younger clients, most of my clients had existing relationships with brokers/lenders in the past. I'm fairly sure the others would have similar experiences. Best to have someone on your team that takes a strategic approach...
