    R&W selling HC properties at faster rate.. If HC can off load their properties holding, the gentrification for that area would happen at a faster rate. Investor buying HC would spend some money and get tenant in open market Owner occupier would consider knocking down and rebuild

    I just crunch some quick numbers for Dundas Valley. It appears to be about 2000 total dwellings, and about are 165 HC dwellings. So about 8% are HC properties. Not surprisingly are number of Asian owners in the suburbs as they get priced out of Eastwood.
