logan vs ipswich on HC
appears to 10% for Logan area and 1% for Ipswich area for Housing Commission properties based on my data crunch.
does this sound about right for investor did their diligent for both the area?
any prediction if/when QLD will have SEPP for secondary dwelling?
any prediction if/when 4114 ( logan central areas) be rezoned to allow dual occupancy, splitter, subdivision etc?
