    So what will you do if a generous soul offers you $340k? An offer well over 10% above your offers over. BTW.. what is stressful about having to deflate a bed and put a bag away? yes it is an inconvenience but it is not stress.

    After looking at the ad I think this. The suburb property data shows median units at $280k, so I am thinking yours might be worth around $340k max, after all the trend line on unit values is down. The recent sales that are listed are for single family dwellings a couple of times the median...

    Go with the agent and leave the bathroom photos out. This will force interested parties to actually come and viiew the property rather than reject it due to the bathroom. The photos should entice a prospective purchaser to come and have a look rather than give enough information to reject...
