Rivervale is very well located with close proximity to Perth CBD, River, Airports, and major arterial roads for quick access north & south. Some parts are better than others..stay away from the Great Eastern Highway side.

I recon Daylight saving in WA will be a great idea.......tho my young kids will hate going to bed whilst its still light outside :(

That whole area Midland, Swan Valley, Ellenbrook, are the northern eastern gateway to Perth.....The govt is injecting $millions into the area beautifying it. With that comes comes attractiveness and more demand with people wanting to move in. :)

Not me either. Just sitting back enjoying the equity ride of my Perth holdings and leveraging further increasing my SE Qld market holdings.

I also subscribe to the same view point. You don't need to own it, just control it whilst comfortably covering the holding expenses. Congrats also Dave on creating one of many more Golden Geese to come (as Pete names it).

Some more madness - Last week a tenant broke their lease so the PM ran an advert in the weekend paper. This morning the PM emails me telling me she is showing 20 people through my villa this afternoon......and with an rent increase of $20 per week. I said "what tha??" :D
