Reply: 1.2.1.1 From: Robert Forward Currently you can get these type of loans for approx 7.75% and above. Usually around the 8.05% from what I've found, though I don't know all lenders and what there rates are. But I think it really depends on how much in the way of Docs you supply. Robert
