Thanks Terry, And the person we onsell the option to will have to pay SD on the 180k which is the original contract price for the land. Thus the Govt gets its SD on the full value. That is my understanding which has been confirmed by our conveyancer. :)

Can someone clarify this attached ruling from the OSR for me please? If I purchase the Put and Call option to purchase a block for 180k and onsell the option for 20k do I pay SD on the 20k only? Thanks, RS
