Reply: 1 From: Rolf Latham Nice one Scott Try a no docs loan at 80 % LVR, around the 8 % mark, but if its a good buy at 7 % it would have to be a good buy at 8 %. Pull the 20 % equity from your home via CAB loan. If they wont do this then go and speak to an independent mortgage broker. CBA...
