    I have a 18.25m frontage but yes will still wait for LEP. State Planning said will be out end of April. DCP also helps lifts top floor space from 50% to 60% should come through just after LEP hopefully. Good game - see how the Sharks go tomo!!

    15m is the minimum frontage. Yes have spoken to a Town Planner and sloping block wont prevent development but may add to costs which I have included on a provisional basis. How do you know address?
