yeh colonaddes is appealing...especially with the expansion, large aldi etc. also the 'medical precinct' nearby it...(not that i really know whats there but looked reasonable on google maps)

not sure about absolute steal but fairly good value...it was on the market for 6 odd weeks, deceased estate. i think originally asking 280 odd (silly), then dropped to 240 to 260 or something...so i offered 220 and agreed to the 228.

yeh good buying Nemo...looks pretty good. 70 odd k in equity for a months work aint bad. Did you do your own benchtop? i agree there is still some good buys down there, this, and this look like good value, both recent auctions . I bought this one in jan..not too bad tho maybe in hindsight...
