    If it is going to be quicker or more economical, consider getting a temporary builder's amenities block. Hook up to temp sewer connection and water and voil? 2 toilet and shower blocks. The buildrrs can then rip into it without inconveniencing anyone and in half the time.

    Existing use rights usually run for about 3 years post the last usage (may need to check up on that though).
