Here is a few more: 1. External plumbing and drainage (i.e. Stormwater, Sewer and Water Connection). 2. Rainwater tanks 3. Concreting (driveway, base of Rainwater Tank, etc) 4. Site costs (this one is a massive variable and often stuffs up your whole plan). Regards Shahin
