Reply: 1 From: Sim' Hampel I believe that the name on the title is the name of the trustee of the trust. ie. "Joe Bloggs as Trustee for XXX trust" or something like that. Someone who has actually done this (or your accountant) would be able to confirm. As for contracts and so on, the magic...
