I use Neville Lea from Dial-a-Conveyancer http://www.dialaconveyancer.com.au/ Typical fee is around $250 or so, which just covers searches, disbursements, attendence at settlement, etc. I get a building or pest inspector to do building or pest inspections - not my conveyancer.
