She may have to wait up to 13 weeks if she voluntarily left her job. Unless she pleads "Financial Hardship" and can somehow Qualify for an Emergency Payment. Either way it doesn't look pleasant.
I'd be looking for Temp Teaching jobs. Quicker financial solution.
