Rent Forecast I think almost everyone here own his/her IP(s) in FN. Any idea about your IP's rate in near future? i.e. I have one currently leasing $250 and seeking to increase at least 10% ($275-$285) within 12 months.

One of my friend suggested Frankston Council not easy to deal with. He got opportunity to buy two 3 bed room IPs side by side (land size about 580sqm each) in Frankston North and found it difficult to get approval for redevelopment. Isn't it true?
