Hi dreamgirl, The 2 quotes i've had are for water based product with 3 coats. Total area is 35sqm's with some floorboards needing replacing. So to date the 2 quotes i've had have been at 900$ and 1400$. 2 quotes to go,so i'll see what they produce. Cheers Spades.
