    stock Check out qld professionals credit union. No package, no lsf, yes estab fee (negotiable) but 6.20 intro (fixed for 1 year) and 0.75% ongoing. No early repayment penalties. Its a wet dream considering the interest rates right now. Nothing a few faxes for info wont hurt on...

    kero i think the package fee w/westpac from what the forum says is higher - something like 395 p.a. vs 295 at anz. you'll need to do the maths to figure out if the difference on your costs (legal, estab, valuation etc - whatever westpac charge for) + paying a higher annual fee is worth it...

    heard thru the rumour mill that anz may have redone their pro-packaging and they are doing 0.70 off the board but if you are existing you have to tell them a tale and they'll drop it.

    I agree Ian. Perhaps someone could start a thread for rolfs quotes/sayings as they crack me up. Its kinda forrest gump-ish how they come across but the meaning is so much deeper in so many ways..... excuse me while I go have a flashback now.
