of course you can. there is lots of criticism of both Putin and the government. for example at the moment Putin is being criticised quite a lot for failing to help rebels while instilling false hopes back in march-april. also here's in interesting article about the subject (in russian)...

oh and by the way, remember how you said the rebels were blocking investigators from accessing site? well here is the proof they didn't, but it's very hard to miss. so like i said, the real story gets hidden well if you don't read into each line...
