    Yes. Frankston South is generally considered "better" than Frankston (and I can't be bothered going into what defines 'better' - it's time for bed!).

    I join the freeway at Seaford Road. I've been on there a couple of times now (since eastlink opened) and it hasn't been too bad. Traffic has probably increased slightly, but it's tolerable. I've been on at times between about 5:15 and 6:30.

    @ Wigwam. If you can afford to buy in Frankston South, particularly in the high school zone, you will be laughing. "Harris" is the Frankston expert. And yes, I practice what I preach - I have an IP in F'ton South in the FHZ.

    My friend informed me that last year, the council budget for the event was $150,000. This year it was $50,000. Pretty hard for the event to be as good as past years with 1/3 the budget.
