so this thread has gone a little quiet - any updates on timing for rezoning? prices in girrawheen seem to have stabilised around recently.

Perth has a great public transport and freeway system, go to Adelaide and see what bad public transport and practically no infrastructure (although catching up) really looks like. Anybody have any news on rezoning?

I bought mine for 360 last year, I've done nothing to it and the bank revalued it at 430 a few weeks ago.
