what is the point in arguing this point. everyone has their own opinion. so what if it is ¨more expensive now¨. Thatś the price we ALL have to pay if we want to buy now. You say that housing is expensive now... well in the future when housing is even more expensive, people will be arguing that...

you need to face reality beebop. A median house is not 70k. Itś 500k. your whinging wont change a thing. if you cant afford a median house, then buy something cheaper further out. if you dont like it, find a country with cheaper housing :D
