may i ask how much the BA charged?

does anybody know what the cheap houses in 4114 are actually selling for? seems like they all advertise at 239-$249 and sell within hours! so what is the floor price for original 3 bdr houses? does anybody know?

ahh yes, thansk beanie great link so for that example above it says rural residential as the the area as proposed so its safe to assume that if 1000sqm blocks was not part of rural resi which its not, then obviously development is a definite no go and it would be wise to simply stop...
