    I don't think that is the case. There would be nothing in the policy preventing a solicitor from advising in an area of their ability. The other day I spoke to a solicitor on the border of SA, NSW and Vic (she was in VIC) and she did conveyancing in all 3.

    Trev makes some good points -Hoon did you even read the contract? I must admit that I purchased about 10 houses before I ever read one. But if you don't read the contract how do you know what you are agreeing to?
