I think it is the ACCC and the state fair trading depts and not ASIC. It sounds like a false and misleading type allegation. So as long as all these 'millionaires' are actually millionaires the club may be ok.
Property is not a financial product - corporations act and regulations define this. So anyone can give property advice atm. But selling requires licencing.
